Lyndsay Wojcik and Craig Larimer, of Waves Are Water, embody the free spirit of their music. After having released four albums, touring the East Coast for a decade, and prolifically writing new material, they have relocated to Colorado in pursuit of new musical opportunities. You could classify their sound as Folk/Pop, with the added touch of salt water and sand. Their latest EP “Photosynthesis” embraces a late night beach party vibe and combines the pop qualities and edgy hooks that will have you hitting repeat. Lyndsay was labeled “The Best artist you’ve never heard of” by Surge Magazine, and has been featured on countless interviews for both radio and television. She was the winner of the Gibson Songwriter Competition by age 21, appeared on the CMT television show “The Big Break” at 25. She has opened for several Grammy Winning artists including Steel Pulse, The Steep Canyon Rangers, Edwin McCain, Darrell Scott, and Emerson Hart of Tonic. For years they steamrolled the east coast markets with their relentless drive. Music is the living force that connects us all. Craig Larimer previously of the band “MODO” has years of touring experience playing the East coast festival circuit. Craig has several albums, and produced their latest EP “Photosynthesis.” Lyndsay and Craig fell in love performing together, and are now married and plan to continue their musical journey here in Colorado. They are now working on a new release which should be out in the Fall of 2014.
